A young boy was shot in the leg at a South Fulton apartment complex early Friday, according to police.

Officers were called around 3 a.m. to the Gardens at Camp Creek community on Washington Road, just west of I-285 and north of Roosevelt Highway. The 1-year-old was rushed to Arthur M. Blank Children’s Hospital, officials said. Details about the child’s condition were not provided.

Two people have been detained for questioning, but police have not said if those individuals are suspects.
