(AP) Live from the Carter Center in Atlanta for the arrival ceremony for former U.S. president, James Carter Jr., where he will lie in repose. The Carter Center was founded in 1982 in partnership with Emory University, and operates to promote human rights, conflict resolution and the alleviation of human suffering.
