Are fantasy sports and gambling different? In Georgia, it's up for debate

Georgia lawmakers are again proposing a change to the state constitution to remove a prohibition against gambling. Fantasy sports has grown in popularity and it is legal to win money that way in the state of Georgia, but state lawmakers have not regulated fantasy sports or classified it as gambling.
