Atlas celebrates its 10th anniversary
Michelin-starred restaurant Atlas will celebrate 10 years of fine dining with a special 10-course tasting menu that will culminate in two grand finale dinners in collaboration with Atlas alumni chefs. The tasting menu will feature Atlas dishes from the past decade, including a selection of snacks from the last five years and dishes like “Not Your Average Beet Salad” from 2022, the poached halibut from 2019 and the truffle brie from 2020.
