Valdosta eliminated Brookwood 40-26 to advance to the quarterfinals. The Wildcats will host the only remaining No. 4 seed in Class 6A, Walton, next Friday.
Walton beat East Coweta 49-14 after a 28-24 upset of No. 1 seed McEachern last Friday.
Colquitt County and Grayson were battling through two quarters, as the Rams led just 10-7 at the half.
Then the state's top-ranked team imposed its will in the second half, beating the Packers 31-10. Grayson will visit Carrollton next week for a state championship rematch.
Lithonia beat Centennial 38-7 Friday night, earning the program's first trip to the state quarterfinals since 1994.
The Bulldogs will visit Creekside, which boasts one of the most lethal offenses in the state. Creekside beat Ware County 49-0 Friday night to advance.
Hapeville Charter is headed to the quarterfinals after beating Appling County 32-27. The Hornets made their first quarterfinals since 2019 and will visit Morgan County, which earned a 49-28 win over Miller Grove.
Cairo entered Friday night as a 12-point underdog and left with a 28-20 upset. The Syrupmakers made their first quarterfinals since 2018 and will visit No. 1 overall seed Jefferson.
Douglas County pulled off a most improbable 21-point comeback and finished the win 30-24 in overtime.
North Cobb missed a potential game-winning, 40-yard field goal right before regulation, forcing overtime. Douglas County advances to return to Buford's Philip Beard Stadium, where the Wolves won 34-26.

The game will be a showdown between two AJC Super 11 selections, as Buford safety Tyriq Green and Douglas County Aaron Gregory will compete in the secondary.
LaGrange and North Hall appeared to be on course for a photo finish.
Then the Grangers caught fire, rolling North Hall in the second half en route to a 52-28 win. LaGrange will visit Stephenson, which just inched by Westside-Augusta in an emotional four-overtime win.
Kell ended Southwest DeKalb's season in a defensive brawl. The Longhorns won 17-10 to advance to the Class 4A quarterfinals, where they'll host a high-powered Cartersville offense.
Gainesville left Brunswick with a 42-0 win, but it also left with a few extra bruises.
The game was called in the third quarter after a brawl cleared both sidelines.
North Gwinnett knocked off Lowndes with a statement 29-17 win. The Bulldogs will visit West Forsyth next week and should be favorited on the road to reach the semifinals.
