The Falcons began their offseason rebuild Jan. 4 by announcing the firings of coach Raheem Morris and general manager Terry Fontenot.

They continued the overhaul the next day with the announcement of sweeping changes in their front office, including CEO Rich McKay moving out of the football realm and Greg Beadles’ promotion to president and CEO.

The Falcons made the first big hire, bringing back former quarterback Matt Ryan as president of football. They’ve begun interviews for head coach, and they’ll follow suit with finding a general manager.
